We will gladly accept returns (except for the few items listed below) for store credit up to 7 days after receiving your treasures. Upon receiving your returned item(s) we will issue a store credit that you may use for future purchases. Please note, we DO NOT issue refunds!

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: ALL SALE items (including items purchased with a discount/promo code), DIY products (Annie Sloan Chalk Paint, General Finishes, Iron Orchid Designs, Modern Masters, Royal Stencil Cream), Furniture & Light Fixtures, Holiday items, and any other items marked as "Final Sale."
Please return all items unused, in original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase. Tags must be attached for return eligibility. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and/or packaging.

If you receive your item and would like to exchange for another size (pending availability) we are happy to process the exchange once we receive the item back from you. You are responsible for the cost to ship the original item back to us, and the shipping cost to ship the exchange to you.
We do NOT issue refunds.
Bloom ships to all of North America through USPS and UPS. The cost of shipping is calculated during the checkout process. Note: it does take 2-3 Business Days to process an order. To return your product, you must mail your product to:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
